Message from our MD

We know that this is a very difficult time for businesses and individuals across the UK. Given the fast changing situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to let you know what we are doing to ensure we maintain business continuity and remain able to deliver our services to you over the coming months.

The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our highest priority and as such we have put in place remote working options for all of our staff, colleagues and customers. We have taken steps to enable our customers to continue with training, consultancy and development requirements without the need of face to face contact.  Whilst our training centre remains open, in line with the Prime Minister's communications this week we would encourage our clients to support social distancing and take advantage of our remote training offerings.

• Our business has fully embraced Cloud technology and as such we are able to operate from anywhere, with staff located remotely while fully maintaining contact and communication
• All of our staff and colleagues are equipped to work from home and are already doing so
• Our instructors are equipped to deliver training services remotely via easily and freely accessible web conferencing  / online meeting services such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Our consultants already work remotely on client projects, utilising collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, Azure Virtual machine environments for development and testing, DevOps for code control so the current COVID-19 situation is not changing our working practice in many cases.

We understand how important it is to try and maintain normal business operation as much as is possible over the coming months and we will work with you to find a model that works for you to facilitate this.

• We will help you continue providing skills development to your employees by finding a model of remote or virtual classroom solution that suits your specific needs so please let us know how we can help. This maybe the perfect time for upskilling while being confined to home.
• There is no need to delay data strategy, data integration, business intelligence projects as we already successfully deliver such projects remotely so ask us how we can do that for you. Having your finger on the pulse and access to insightful business dashboards may be more important than ever now.

We will continue to monitor the situation and evolve our plans in line with guidelines as they emerge and will keep you updated.
